How We Tell Your Story
We'd love to share our approach with you in-person, but here's a quick overview in the meantime...
Step 1
Meet & Greet
Our team meets you in your home (or your favourite coffee shop) so we can get to know you and begin to put together the list of all the amazing video ideas we're going to bring to life together.
Step 2
Pre-Production
After you've settled on a few favourite stories, we help you get ready for your first shoot day. This could mean a low-pressure rehearsal and some friendly feedback, or just some general pointers for what we find works best on video.
Step 3
Shoot Day
Our team arrives and makes sure you're feeling comfortable and ready for your session. Then, we roll camera in whatever place you feel most at-home — be it your living room, your den, or even a favourite corner of your garden.
Step 4
Post Production
You've gotten the hang of being on camera! Now, our awesome editing team takes everything you've shared with us and polishes that footage into priceless videos your family will cherish for years to come.
Step 5
The Fun Part
Now, share the awesome new videos you've created with friends, family, and anyone else you want! We typically host all of our families' videos online for easy access and sharing with loved ones. This hosting is completely free of charge.
Step 6
What Next?
If you're happy with how everything went — and we're sure you will be — it's time to put your thinking cap on and decide which stories you'll be sharing with your loved ones during your next shoot day!
Some families like to schedule shoots one at a time, but most like to book a recurring shoot day every month as they enjoy the rhythm and routine of always having one to look forward to.
